To sign up for My Pension Online please provide your Surname, NI Number, Date of Birth and email address. Your Surname must match exactly what is held by us. If your pension record matches the email address you submit, an email with an activation key will be sent to your registered email address. Otherwise an activation letter will be posted to you within 3-5 working days.
